Farm Units 65 and 75 in Block 41 of the Columbia Basin Project. There are 3 tax parcel numbers because FU 75 has 60 acres in the Wheeler Industrial zone. All the farm is in Open Space for taxation. Tenant has lease through 2022 crop season. There is a full pivot and a a half wiper pivot, several wheellines and the west portion of FU 65 is rill irrigated. The land lays suitably to add at least 2 more half pivots to eliminate most of the rill ground. Seller has separated the house from the farm and will be keeping it. There is a total of 220 acres prior to removing the house. It will take approximately 3.5 acres with the surrounding buildings, leaving 215+/- acres in the farm. Actual acres will be known once the survey is completed and recorded.
